Pragmatic diagnostic flow

The result of a complex mix of symptoms is that the diagnosis of PBS/IC is difficult and one which is consequently focused on exclusion of other disease conditions. As such, a variety of diagnostic techniques are employed to determine the origin of the symptoms and signs. A physical examination may also be important. A pragmatic and useful process to follow is highlighted below.
